Well, here it is nearly Christmas and I've not done too much shopping. There are still people buying and selling properties so I must keep my nose to the grindstone to make sure not to miss out on any business.
Anyone buying a property in the next 2 weeks are serious buyers! Also, how good does a home look over Christmas? The best it will look all year!
